apiro Entertainment is a young, dynamic entertainment company. We produce award-winning musicals, theater pieces, and films,
that move people and connect them. With our new musical location in Cologne we are building out our live entertainment further and are looking from July for a strong personality for the leadership and operation of this venue.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the location
• Leadership, planning, and development of the site team
• Surety of smooth event flows including safety, technology, and infrastructure
• Steering of budget, costs, and business key figures
• Coordination of internal teams and external service providers
• Closely working with production, catering, and marketing
• Representation of the event venue against authorities, partners, and interest groups
• Active crisis and quality management

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in leading venues, theaters, cultural institutions or event management
• Fundamental knowledge in the fields of personnel management, organization, and budget responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of sense of responsibility
• Assertiveness combined with empathy and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Passion for theater, musicals, and live entertainment
