Operations Mechanic (m/f) - from October 1, 2026 or by agreement

For our technical department, we are looking for a dedicated, independent, and reliable person as an Operations Mechanic (m/f) starting October 1, 2026, or by agreement, for a long-term collaboration in a permanent position.

As part of our technical team, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure the smooth operation and perfect maintenance of our technical facilities, our hotel infrastructure, and our ancillary operations. You will significantly contribute to ensuring that our guests and employees can rely on a functioning and safe environment at all times.

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation and maintenance of all technical facilities in the hotel, ancillary buildings, and employee accommodations
• Carrying out general repair, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Supervising and inspecting technical facilities in the areas of sanitary, electrical, ventilation, heating, and building technology
• Maintenance and upkeep of wellness and spa facilities (indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, water treatment, and technical equipment)
• Supervising kitchen, laundry, and restaurant facilities as well as various special equipment
• Assisting with the maintenance of elevator systems, lifting platforms, emergency power systems, and safety systems
• Helping with the maintenance of outdoor facilities and seasonal work (e.g., snow removal for escape routes, outdoor lighting)
• Coordination and cooperation with external specialized companies and suppliers
• Documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards
