We are currently looking for a deputy Spa-Manager/in and Operations Manager for our Sauna & Wellness facility MediTherme in Bochum. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the thermal area, including the wellness department, gastronomy, and technical department. You ensure that our/guests have an unforgettable time at their favorite location. Your tasks include planning and implementing as well as monitoring the facilities and services, and training employees. The ideal candidate is a experienced Spa-Manager/in with excellent leadership qualities and a passion for wellness and hospitality. You make our house your house

You understand our guests as your guests

You lead the thermal restaurant spa fitness business independently and are responsible for your 100 employees

You work directly with the owner's family to achieve short distances and quick decisions. You will be supported by a long-standing team.

Qualification

• Completed education in the field of Wellness/Spa-Management or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in Spa/Thermal Management as well as gastronomy experience
• Experience in leading employees
• Good knowledge in the area of financial management, including cash control and cost optimization
• Outstanding customer orientation and service readiness
• Technical understanding
