Our Mission

The energy transition will only succeed if it is accessible and attractive to everyone.
This core idea guides us at DeWarmte. With a team of around sixty employees, we design our heat pumps ourselves, assemble them in Utrecht, and install them ourselves and with our installation partners. Last year, our Pomp MP was the only heat pump to win both the iF Design Award Gold and the Red Dot Award.

Your Tasks

We know that our products work in the German market. Therefore, it's time to grow, grow, grow. At the same time, there are some country-specific requirements to consider. Together with the Operations Manager / Master and the installation planner, you will form a strong unit characterized by your technical expertise, service orientation, and independent work.

We place great value on short communication channels, digital processes, direct communication, quick decision-making processes, and enjoyment of work with motivating incentives.

Daily you will be involved with:

• Operations management of the German GmbH

• Leadership of the operational team

• Training of our installation partners

• Technical expert for all installation-related questions

• After-sales service as well as outstanding repairs or commissioning of our heat pumps in the NRW region

• Carrying out installations of our heat pump together with the installation team

• Troubleshooting that the service team could not resolve remotely

Why Technicians Stay With Us

Our service team in the office resolves about nine out of ten issues remotely and plans your week. You will visit customers where someone really needs to come. You won't get a call at eight in the evening. Since we manufacture the product ourselves, the insights you gather on-site are passed directly to the engineers. You don't just fix faults, you ensure they don't occur next time.

You work independently and are mostly on-site with the customer, while having your base in our office in Düsseldorf, where you can regularly connect with the team.

Your Profile

Work Experience:

• Master's degree in SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in the installation of heat pumps

• Experience in leading teams

• Min. five years of relevant professional experience

• Ideally, training/further education in electrical engineering

• Hands-on mentality, strong initiative

• Solution- and service-oriented

• Reliable and structured way of working

Language:

• German (advanced knowledge)

• English (min. basic knowledge)

Additional Qualification/Certificate:

• Car driving license (Required)

• Ideally, completed TRGI and/or TRWI training

Work Location: On-site at the customer's in NRW, approx. 1-2 days a week at the Düsseldorf office

• €55,000 - €75,000 Gross Annual Salary
