Restaurant & Shop Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Salary: from € 70,000.-- gross / year, plus performance bonus

A new concept, a new location, genuine entrepreneurial design from the start. For our client, the Unterberger Group, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded operations manager for the opening of KAISERS – Café · Bistro · Market in Kiefersfelden, who will build up and manage the location with overall responsibility.

Tasks

Your area of responsibility:

• Overall operational responsibility for the café, bistro, market, and shop
• Building up the location from the opening
• Building, leading, and developing a team of approximately 15 employees
• Independent recruiting of the team in collaboration with the company
• Responsibility for revenue, costs, and profit
• Management of the integrated shop as a significant revenue driver
• Continuous optimization of all operational processes and further development of the location

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Several years of management experience in gastronomy, hotel industry, or food retail
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of numbers
• Hands-on mentality, implementation strength, and team spirit
• Gastronomy law qualification (certificate of competence for the catering trade) for Germany is an advantage
• Experience with modern gastronomy or retail concepts is an advantage
