Operations Manager (m/w/d) in the Renewable Energy Sector

We are looking for an Operations Manager for our company, which has been established for 20 years. We specialize in planning and building photovoltaic systems and battery storage for private homes and commercial customers. Additionally, we develop own projects on free land.

With our specialized team, including our own engineering office, we accompany all project stages from design to maintenance.

As Operations Manager, you will have the responsible task of optimizing internal processes as a representative of the management, introducing measures for controlling, and leading and supporting employees in the operational area.

Tasks

• Interface between management and various departments
• Total responsibility for business operations, processes, and efficiency improvement
• Controlling, budget responsibility, and key figure control
• Process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Personnel leadership, development, and employee motivation for the operational area
• Taking over or supporting additional tasks such as procurement, logistics, and ensuring smooth processes internally and externally.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in a workshop environment, preferably renewable energy
• Technical affinity and understanding of processes
• Good knowledge in financial areas such as cost calculation, controlling, and economic events
• Structured working method
• Outstanding team and assertiveness skills
• Solution-oriented communication skills, both internally and externally
