As an Operations Manager in our company restaurant in Waidhofen an der Ybbs, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all kitchen operations, including personnel management, menu design, and quality assurance.

Type of employment: Part-time

• in the preparation of cold and warm dishes
• in the creation of the weekly meal plan
• in the ordering, control, and reporting for the location, as well as all related administrative activities
• in the efficient use of materials, goods, and equipment
• in the adherence to hygiene and quality guidelines

• Your completed training as a cook and your experience in a comparable position
• Your assertiveness, resilience, and very good communication skills
• Your good IT skills
• Your structured and independent way of working
• Your good German language skills at a minimum B2 level

• with a great work-life balance in a 5-day week from Monday to Friday
• with regular working hours between 06:00 and 15:00
