We at Eneto are establishing heat pumps as efficient heating systems in German households – a technology that combines heating, cooling, and intelligent energy management. While cooling in Germany is still the exception, we're making it the standard. And while other heat pumps only heat, we're taking climate technology to the next level with intelligent energy management.

The market is growing rapidly – and we're scaling up. While the industry is discussing a shortage of skilled workers, we're building nationwide. Now we're looking for the operational leadership figure who will take our crafts segment to the next level.

Tasks

Your Mission: Scaling with System

You are responsible for building our nationwide installation structure. Specifically, this means:

• Expansion: You plan new locations, develop processes, and ensure an efficient setup.
• Teams: You assemble installation teams, lead them professionally, and develop them further.
• Quality: As a master, you define technical standards and ensure flawless installations.
• Processes: You use modern tools to optimize workflows and reduce processing times. Concession: You ensure that our expansion is technically and legally solidly founded.

Qualification

• Master's certificate in the field of refrigeration/ climate technology – you are professionally at the highest level and familiar with technical and regulatory requirements
• Leadership experience: You have already led teams, built structures, and know how to motivate people for a common goal
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You think in solutions, not problems – and see challenges as an opportunity for further development
• Hands-on mentality: You roll up your sleeves when it counts – but always keep the strategic perspective and the next growth step in mind. Mobility: You are ready to travel throughout Germany to build new locations and support existing teams
