Job Description
Ensuring uninterrupted operation of building technology systems, facilities, and infrastructure
Planning and execution of electrical safety inspections
Definition and implementation of measures for energy and operational optimization
Independent execution of inspections and maintenance
Troubleshooting and performing initial interventions
Obtaining and preparing quotations
Independent management of sub-projects
Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
Profile Sought
Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ / Assembly Electrician EFZ
Several years of professional experience in handling HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitary, Electrical) systems
Service and solution-oriented mindset
Independent and team-oriented action
Good IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
