We are looking for a Financial Accountant / Controlling / Personnel Administration (m/w/d) at our 4-star Romanikhotel Wasserschloss Westerburg as soon as possible or at a later date.

Tasks

• Accounting and booking of business transactions
• Organization, leadership, and monitoring of accounting and checking of cash statements
• Account reconciliation and clarification
• Monthly and annual closing works
• Ensuring a smooth payment flow
• Clearing outstanding items
• Management and maintenance of the time management system
• Support for optimizing processes in time management
• Transferring, comparing, and controlling data and functionalities (master data, working hours, absences) between systems

Qualification

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent studies
• Good knowledge of German in writing and speaking (English skills are an advantage)
• Very good computer skills (Office)
• Numerical affinity
• Knowledge of DATEV accounting software Pro or a similar accounting program
• Performance readiness, team ability, and flexibility
• You stand out with a high level of motivation, organization, and a precise and independent working style
• Professionalism and friendliness in the team
