To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Betriebs- und Instandhaltungskoordinator:in (m/w/d), who would like to bring their expertise in Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur, Energiemanagement, and Netzwerktechnik. Your Position

• Responsibility for the technical and organizational operation of Photovoltaik- and New Energy-Anlagen in the commercial and industrial sector
• Setup and maintenance of a central operations management platform (e.g. Asana or comparable software) together with process management, including the recording and administration of all contractual contents, maintenance, and inspection obligations
• Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of plant performance using monitoring systems
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, inspection, and testing intervals (e.g. electrical tests, visual inspections) according to contract and legal requirements
• Execution of fault analyses, disturbance management, and reporting to customers and project leadership
• Support in the further development of standardized operations management processes and documentation guidelines

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of VDE 4105 and VDE 4110
• Multiple years of experience in the photovoltaic sector or operating energy systems
• Understanding of contract structures, maintenance intervals, and technical inspection requirements
• Familiarity with digital tools and willingness to set up an operations management software
• Analytical and structured thinking for evaluating plant performance and optimization potential
• Communication skills in exchange with grid operators, customers, and internal interfaces
• Independent, meticulous work style and interest in sustainable energy supply
• Prioritizing tasks to perfection
• Class B driver's license with travel readiness on a regional basis (+/- 200 km)
