Manager/Manageress in Achim

We are a mid-sized, family-owned building materials trading company with 11 locations in the Elbe-Weser region. For 75 years, we have been supporting our customers with advice and expertise around construction. In the building materials trade, consultation and expertise are the foundation for sales success.

Tasks

• Personnel planning and organization for the Achim location
• Purchasing and selling of building materials
• Range planning under economic and market-oriented aspects, as well as ensuring a competitive and demand-oriented range

Qualification

You have:

• Experience in the building materials trade, ideally in sales or as a manager/manageress/filial manager/filial manageress
• Leadership experience - you know how to motivate people, pick them up and develop them
• Organizational skills and an overview of the whole - you recognize where it's stuck and take action
• Cash flow awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
