Concrete Carpenter

You know better than anyone how things work in construction. Through your experience as a concrete carpenter, you know exactly how to create various types of formwork for concrete structures, both traditional and system formwork. You also know what is expected of you, you can work independently, and you know what other tasks are involved. This can include:

• Working from drawings
• Setting out (detailed) dimensions and performing fitting work
• Measuring, producing, and placing precast elements
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
• Protecting the concrete
• Dismantling formwork
• Installing safety measures (e.g., stair openings and scaffolding)

• Salary between €2425 - €2880 gross per 4 weeks
• Pension scheme from day 1 according to bpfBouw

• Because we know how important certainty is, we are happy to discuss possibilities for a long-term contract with you (if you perform well).

• You have at least 3 years of work experience as a concrete carpenter
• You can work from drawings
• You possess a B driver's license
• You have a VCA certificate (can also be obtained through Covebo)
• You are available full-time

Covebo bouw has a large network in concrete construction and works with many construction companies. These include both large well-known players and local construction companies. When an assignment is completed, we therefore always have a new project for you. We are happy to make the best match for you; together we will look at which organization suits you best.

Together with your team, consisting of a foreman, another concrete carpenter, and an assistant carpenter, you will be deployed on various projects. For example, on one project you might be working on the foundation of a new residential or commercial building, and on another project, you will primarily focus on bridges, tunnels, and overpass construction.
