Tasks - Production of concrete mixtures according to recipe - Ensuring optimal production and delivery readiness - Responsible for correct and timely delivery of customer orders - Collaborative responsibility for ordering, maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of concrete facilities - Ensure optimal production planning, including term-, norm- and quality-conform material deliveries - Close cooperation with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and internal departments. Requirements - Completed vocational training in the construction or building industry - Special knowledge in concrete production/concrete processes (advantageous) - Very good German language skills - PC user skills - Team-oriented, cooperative personality - Skilled in dealing with customers and enjoying collaboration with internal/external parties - High stress tolerance and flexibility, as deployment at various locations is required - Own car and driving license for PW.
