Precast Concrete Element Builder - Reinforcement / Quality (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the precise production of our precast concrete elements – from formwork to finishing based on technical drawings.
• You independently prepare the reinforcement, monitor the concrete mix, and control the casting process to create perfectly fitting elements.
• Through careful visual and dimensional checks, you ensure that every component meets our high quality standards and is ready for onward transport.
• You operate, maintain, and service the production facilities and machines, thereby ensuring a smooth manufacturing process.
• In close coordination with your colleagues in production, you ensure efficient handovers and contribute to shared success.

• You have completed vocational training as a precast concrete element builder (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of experience in concrete processing and the manufacturing of precast concrete elements
• You are proficient in handling technical drawings and construction plans
• You possess manual dexterity and technical understanding
• You are a team player and work independently and reliably
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
