Participation Controlling & Group Accounting (m/w/d) - Full-time or Part-time

Your Tasks

• You will work together with the team on consolidating and preparing the group's financial statements according to UGB, as well as preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
• You will contribute to the preparation of periodic plans (budgets and forecasts) and create analyses, reports, and management presentations.
• You will take over operational participation controlling and benchmarking and work on ongoing support for our participations, including economic analyses and development of performance improvement approaches.
• You will review annual financial statements and reports for reliability, identify weaknesses, and show potential for improvements and efficiency.
• You will drive the conception and further development of reporting tools, key figures, and processes and support digitalization projects in the finance department.
• You will support our participations on projects, conduct market observations, and create market and competitive analyses.
• In addition, you will maintain contacts with banks, auditors, and tax consultants and contribute to the ongoing development of group guidelines and reporting processes.
