To steer the growth of our company group and drive it forward, we are looking for a motivated Beteiligungscontroller (m/w/d).

Function and Responsibilities

• You will be the Controlling Business Partner for the CEOs of our operational group companies.
• You will prepare the monthly reporting and rolling forecast for all group companies and investors.
• You will analyze the economic development of our business areas and develop recommendations for improving results.
• You will continuously optimize existing accounting and controlling processes within the holding company and in subsidiary companies – preferably using KI.

Skills and Experience

• SUCCESSFUL DEGREE
• FIRST RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE (preferably also from internships or as a works student)
• IT AFFINITY and interest in using KI/AI APPLICATIONS, without losing your own head
• FAMILIARITY WITH MS EXCEL AND POWERPOINT and joy in analyzing numbers and creating informative slides and presentations.
• with a focus on details as well as the overall picture.
• SOLUTION-ORIENTED and RESPONSIBLE.
• HIGH INITIATIVE, responsibility, and joy in driving topics forward in a dynamic growth environment.
