For Wetterskip Fryslân, we are looking for a Contract Manager Procurement Officer. You will temporarily work at Wetterskip Fryslân and work in the challenging world of water management. You make a difference in your environment and contribute to a safe and livable province for people and nature, now and in the future. With your input, you determine what happens with water tomorrow.
You will temporarily work in the Inkoopteam of the Control, Financiën en Inkoop (CFI) department. This team consists of 19 people, including a Coordinator, Procurement Advisors, Buyers, Purchaser/Receiver/Contract Managers, and Contract Managers. You will work in a tight-knit and ambitious team with a lot of trust and job satisfaction. At Wetterskip Fryslân, the procurement function is fully managed by their procurement team and they are continuously working to improve this.

Responsibilities

You guide the purchasing process in ERPx (the procurement module in the financial system), from setting up the order to handling the invoice.
You are responsible for receiving deliveries of products or services and checking if they match the packing slip and order.
You ensure that orders, deliveries, and payments comply with contractual agreements and report deviations to the contract manager.
You are responsible for administering your contracts in systems such as ERPx and SharePoint.
You are one of the first points of contact for procurement and contracts from the Water Purification department.
