Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as recruits specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in German-speaking Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic Training Specialist Nurse (m/f/d) 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Training apprentices and students: imparting theoretical and practical foundations
• Creating learning situations and supporting practical work
• Conducting training discussions and documenting learning progress
• Co-designing internal continuing education days (TT days) for HF/FH students

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Experience in the acute care sector or in vocational training is an advantage
• Certificate of Competence as a Training Specialist (SVEB1) or willingness to acquire it
• Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, confident PC user skills
• For foreign diplomas: SRK recognition required
