The Elementary Assessment ELA of BSB offers competent help for people who have been excluded from the work process for a long time due to an accident or a physical or psychological illness, and for young people who have not yet been able to successfully integrate into the world of work.

Your Role

In this role, you will guide clients of the Invalidity Insurance in working on the PC and jointly create application documents with them. Through targeted observations, you will record relevant behaviors, document them in a structured manner, and thus make an important contribution to the integration process. You will conduct standardized testing procedures, instruct participants, and evaluate the results according to defined criteria. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will analyze the findings and incorporate them into final discussions and recommendations.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training at the EFZ level with several years of professional experience
• Experience in accompanying clients with physical and/or psychological impairments is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, learning platforms, and AI tools
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written language
• Team-oriented, flexible, and empathetic personality
• Involvement in creative areas upon agreement
