• Active shaping of ergotherapeutic concepts and therapy planning under economic and professional aspects
• Fostering interdisciplinary cooperation
• Quality control
• Administration of working time accounts, scheduling, vacation and further education planning for employees

Qualification

• Completed training as an ergotherapist, ideally supplemented by a degree or several years of professional experience in leadership
• Able to convey practical knowledge and motivate the team to foster cooperation
• High level of willingness to cooperate for interdisciplinary collaboration
