For this, we are looking for someone who is organized, sells, gets involved & is eager to build something.

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION:

You are the interface between customer, offer & experience & ensure that ideas turn into successful events.

• Advise, inspire & win customers for the long term
• Develop individual offers & event concepts
• Plan & implement sports, leisure & incentive experiences
• Coordinate events from inquiry to execution
• Coordinate partners, employees & service providers
• Take responsibility on-site & ensure that every event becomes an experience

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

Sales & Customers

• You are the point of contact for companies, clubs, school classes, groups & private customers
• You advise customers & find the right experience for their group
• You create offers & individual event concepts
• You personally look after corporate customers & event partners

Events & Experiences

You coordinate our existing & future offers – from the initial inquiry to successful execution. These include, among others:

• Monster scooters at Valtenberg
• E-bike tours & e-bike experiences
• Archery
• Geocaching
• Team challenges & outdoor activities
• Company events & incentives
• Seasonal winter offers in Dresden
• Skate rental & ice rink service at the Dresden Winter Festival

You coordinate appointments, staff & external partners – & are on-site yourself if needed

Development & Further Development

You will further develop our sports, leisure & incentive area and contribute your own ideas.

• Development of new experience & event formats
• Creation of attractive packages for companies, teams & groups
• Monitoring trends in the outdoor, leisure & team building sector
• Development of ideas for better utilization of our offers
• Participation in marketing & presentation of our offers

Qualifications

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

You…

• have experience in event management, tourism, sports, leisure or event sector – or are a career changer with relevant experience
• enjoy organizing & can keep an overview even when multiple things are happening at once
• are open & enjoy approaching people
• enjoy consulting, sales & customer contact
• can inspire others with ideas & experiences
• work independently & take responsibility
• possess a driver's license class B.
• are willing to work flexibly during events & especially during the winter season.
