To ensure the continued successful development of our group, we are looking for a

Area Manager (m/w/d) Finance and Controlling in full-time (40 hours/week).

Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Bereiche Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling with a total of around 10 employees.
• Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Buchführung sowie die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB for the group and subsidiaries as well as the Geschäftsbericht.
• Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Planungsprozesses (Jahresplanung, Mehrjahresplanung, Wirtschaftsplanung, Forecasts) in the group.
• Ad-hoc-Analysen und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorschlägen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen.
• Sicherstellung eines aussagekräftigen Management-Reportings sowie Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlensystemen, Analysen und Berichtswesen.
• Fachliche Verantwortung für steuerliche Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern.
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen, Abschlussprüfungen und weiteren externen Prüfungen.
• Ansprechpartner:in for Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater and Banken.
• Verantwortung für Liquiditätsmanagement sowie Kapitalanlagen.
• Operative Mitarbeit, z.B. bei der Erstellung einzelner Reportings, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen oder bei Sonderthemen.
• Sparringspartner for the Vorstand in all questions around Finanzen, Controlling and Wirtschaftlichkeit.

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Controlling or a comparable qualification (Klinikerfahrung von Vorteil).
• Bereits gesammelte Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling.
• Praxis in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen (nach HGB) and in the Organisation of Abschluss- und Planungsprozesse.
• Versierter Umgang mit Instrumenten des Controllings sowie Erfahrung mit Kennzahlen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen.
• Führungsstärke und Klarheit in der Steuerung eines Teams bei gleichzeitig wertschätzender, kooperativer Zusammenarbeit.
• Unternehmerisches und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie Problemlösungskompetenz, gepaart mit analytischem Denkvermögen und Zahlenaffinität.
• Kommunikationsstärke and Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten.
• Hohe Integrität, Vertraulichkeit and Loyalität sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzthemen.
• Ausgeprägte „Hands-on-Mentalität“: Bereitschaft, selbst „mit anzupacken“ and operative Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
• Sicherer Umgang with all MS-Office-Programmen. Kenntnisse in Diamant wären von Vorteil, sind aber kein Muss.
• Wunsch nach einer langfristigen beruflichen Perspektive.
