As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for how the Bundesverbraucherhilfe makes its offers visible and wins new members. You will work closely with the Head of Communications and Brand Design.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for offers and membership

• Planning of campaigns for consumers and for companies

• Building cooperations and reach partnerships

• Management of search engine optimization, newsletters, and digital campaigns

• Coordination with Communications and Brand Design for a consistent appearance

• Evaluation of key figures and reporting to the board

What You Bring

• Experience in marketing, preferably in online marketing, association work, or non-profit

• Strategic thinking combined with a passion for implementation

• Confident handling of digital channels and key figures

• A sense for credible communication without exaggeration

• Independent and reliable way of working

• A formal degree is not a prerequisite, your practical experience counts
