🎯 Your role

As Application Leadership, you are responsible for the strategic and operational build-up and further development of our department for immersive and AI-supported applications. You work closely with the management team and shape the technological and content-oriented direction significantly.

Tasks

Strategy & Development

• Development and implementation of the department strategy for XR-, 3D-, and AI-based applications
• Identification of new application fields, products, and business models
• Evaluation of technological trends and translation into market-ready solutions

Operative Responsibility

• Steering and responsibility for projects from idea to implementation
• Ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and deadlines
• Closely working with design, development, and external partners

Team & Leadership

• Fachliche and organizational leadership of an interdisciplinary team
• BUILDING COMPETENCIES AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE TEAM STRUCTURE
• Fostering a innovative and solution-oriented work culture

Clients & Network

• Consulting clients and partners on digital, immersive, and AI-based solutions
• Presentation of concepts, prototypes, and project results
• Representation of the company in networks, projects, and events

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in leading digital projects or departments
• Fundamental understanding of XR technologies, 3D applications, and/or AI systems
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
• Experience in cooperation with clients, funding projects, or partners advantageous
• Communication strength, leadership competence, and entrepreneurial thinking
