Area Manageress/Area Manager Communication

Your main tasks will be to lead a small team and be responsible for the entire internal and external communication of the Catholic Church in the canton of Zurich. You develop communication strategies and implement them effectively and target-group-oriented. You test classic as well as digital communication channels to make the diverse offers and services of the Catholic Church in the canton of Zurich known and promote their positive reputation in public. You serve as a link between the church's departments, parishes, and external partners. You maintain and develop existing relationships with media representatives, politicians, and other stakeholders. You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of internal and external events, such as conferences, seminars, and celebrations. You ensure that all communication measures are aligned with the church's goals and values. You also take care of the church's social media presence and maintain a professional online appearance. You work closely with the diocesan administration, parishes, and other departments to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Your tasks include developing and implementing internal and external communication concepts, creating content for various channels, and evaluating the effectiveness of your measures. You are responsible for ensuring that all communication is in line with the church's values and goals.
