Area Manager TGA and Hotel Technology (m/w/d) | 100,000–140,000 €

Aufgaben

• You ensure the smooth technical operation and maintenance of all hotels.
• You lead your technology team and manage regional managers and hotel technical managers.
• You develop investment and maintenance strategies together with individual locations.
• You monitor maintenance, TÜV measures, and compliance with legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
• You are responsible for the technical profitability, energy efficiency, and property value preservation of properties.
• You coordinate technical measures in building, infrastructure, and commercial building management.
• You accompany tenders, awards, and cooperation with external service providers and the company's own architecture and engineering office.
• You organize training sessions and meetings for hotel technical managers.
• You develop central maintenance and procurement contracts further.
• You drive forward the digitalization of technical processes and workflows throughout the group.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed technical university degree, ideally in the fields of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, supply technology, facility management, or a comparable field.
• You have at least ten years of professional experience and at least five years of technical experience in the hotel industry.
• You bring a broad understanding of building, operation, infrastructure, and supply technologies.
• You have experience in leading decentralized organizations and teams.
• You bring fundamental experience in project and change management.
• You possess high digital or IT technical affinity, ideally in facility management systems.
• You are proficient in German on a negotiating level.
• You are prepared for regular travel of about three to four days per week.
• You hold a Class B driver's license.
