Aufgaben

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• You develop a nationwide site strategy with foresight: You recognize how modern mobile networks can emerge in cities, communities and over municipal infrastructure. You develop a clear expansion vision, work closely with Germany's largest cities and establish a site portfolio that can sustainably grow.
• You bring sites from acquisition to implementation: You identify potential, assess technical and infrastructural prerequisites and negotiate conditions with owners, operators and municipal partners. From the first inspection to the fully implemented site, you keep all threads together.
• You network people and institutions for successful projects: You work closely with utility companies, construction authorities, permit authorities and network operators. You ensure that coordination runs transparently, requirements are met and all parties work efficiently together.
• You form customer requirements into clear processes and stable standards: You assess operator requirements, lead technical and organizational consequences and define internal workflows that enable seamless site implementation. Your goal is a professional, standardized and scalable approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• You lead internal teams to excellent implementation: Planning, reconnaissance, technical clarifications, legally secure implementation and budget control coordinate you professionally and organizationally. You create clarity over responsibilities, maintain momentum and ensure that the team works at its greatest lever.
• You negotiate strategically and effectively: Framework agreements, site agreements and expansion partnerships establish you professionally. You develop sustainable relationships with telecommunications companies and infrastructure partners and ensure that synergies are optimally utilized.
• You measure what matters and steer the expansion data-based: You create forecasts, reports and expansion scenarios for management. You analyze progress, recognize bottlenecks early on and develop measures to maintain project dynamics.
• You take over escalation management with calm and clarity: Whether municipal coordination loops, site prioritization or operator requirements, you resolve challenges structuredly and in partnership and ensure that projects do not lose speed.

Qualifikation

• Leadership experience and shaping: You have several years of experience in a leadership position at a utility company, telecommunications company or infrastructure planning. You recognize what projects really drive forward, set clear priorities and lead teams with orientation, clarity and reliability.
• Tied to the infrastructure environment: You possess comprehensive knowledge in site acquisition, permit processes, construction and operation. Especially valuable is experience in the area of street lighting, as you precisely understand how municipal infrastructure structures function and how they can be efficiently used for modern mobile solutions.
• Experienced in cooperation with municipalities: You move confidently in exchange with cities, communities, utility companies, construction authorities and permit authorities. You know the decision-making paths, political framework conditions and expectations of all parties and can manage complex coordination loops.
• Kommunikativ strong and negotiation-safe: You lead conversations at eye level with operators, authorities, owners and technical stakeholders. You convince through argumentative strength, professionalism and the ability to translate interests into feasible agreements.
• Strategically thinking and operationally robust: You combine foresight with implementation strength. You develop expansion plans, design site strategies and set them up structuredly. You find solutions even when framework conditions are challenging and create orientation in complex project situations.
• Team-oriented and structurally guiding: You build high-performance areas, develop processes further and create an environment where employees can work efficiently. You lead not through authority but through clarity, trust and good communication.
• Travel-ready and flexible: You are on the road throughout Germany to develop sites, coordinate municipal coordination loops and strengthen partnerships. Linguistically secure: Very good German and good English round out your profile.
