As part of the… Our team is looking for an Area Manager (m/w/d) for concrete production to lead our production sites in Steinfertigung. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production processes at our site. Key responsibilities: • Planning and organization of production processes, • Control of production costs and quality, • Leadership and coordination of employees, • Development and implementation of process improvements, • Collaboration with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales). Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration), • At least 3 years of experience in production management or a related field, • Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
