Area Manager (m/w/d) Facility Management
full-time

Tasks

• Strategic expansion and further development of facility services in the region
• Responsibility for revenue, costs, and results
• Leadership and further development of specialist departments
• Comprehensive customer care for existing customers as well as acquisition of new orders
• Analysis of tenders and strategic bid decision-making
• Steering and quality assurance of self-performance and external services calculations
• Optimization of structures, processes, and digitalization initiatives
• Reporting to the management board

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree in Facility Management, technical building management or a comparable training program
• A high level of communication skills combined with outstanding service orientation and social competence distinguish you
• Multiple years of leadership experience in facility management (TGM and IGM)
• Fundamental experience in calculation, tenders, and bid management
• Entrepreneurial thinking with clear result-orientedness
• Negotiation strength, decision-making enthusiasm, and implementation strength
• Structured working style and strategic foresight
