Area Manager (with responsibility for site leadership) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a practical management professional who coordinates employees, reliably supports customers, and ensures well-organized processes in the objects.

You will report directly to the Regional Leadership and be responsible for personnel matters for the site leadership(s) as well as operational staff.

Tasks

• Responsibility for a fixed customer base and central point of contact for contractors in all operational and quality-related questions around the cleaning service
• Fachliche and organisational leadership of site leaders and cleaning teams, including guidance, support in daily business, and ensuring uniform quality standards
• Planning, control, and monitoring of cleaning services taking into account economic key figures, personnel deployment, technical framework conditions, and contractual requirements
• Surety of smooth service delivery through structured deployment planning, prioritization of tasks, and solution-oriented intervention in deviations
• Bauing and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships with the goal of long-term cooperation as well as active participation in optimizing internal processes and workflows

Qualification

• Completed training in building cleaning or a comparable qualification from the service sector
• Multiple years of professional experience in building cleaning or infrastructure facility management
• Experience in a coordinating or leading role (e.g. as site leader) and a good sense of organization and priorities
• Safe handling of common office applications for planning, documentation, and communication
• Outstanding service- and customer-oriented approach, reliability, and pleasure in working with different contact partners
• Driver's license class B and the willingness to regularly accompany the managed objects on site
• Ideal candidate has experience in dealing with cleaning rooms or room cleaning
