  • You will advise and support employees and administrative staff on legal and administrative questions regarding the employment relationship – from contract adjustments to the review of secondary employment.
  • You will manage parental leave and exit management as well as the support of special working time models such as partial retirement and reintegration partial retirement.
  • You will process repayment agreements, answer letters from the Chamber of Labour (AK), and support data protection-relevant topics in cooperation with HR Management Data Protection.
  • You will be the point of contact for managers and ensure transparent communication on employment law matters, particularly concerning the collective agreements for banks, the post office collective agreement (Post KV), the Parental Leave Act (MSchG), the Parental Leave Act (VKG), and the Working Time Act (AVRAG).
  • You will manage the department's intranet presence and actively contribute to the further development of our internal services.

  • Completed commercial or legal education – ideally with a focus on employment law or human resources management.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration.
  • Experience in processing employment law topics.
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to maintain an overview even with complex issues.
  • Good communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment in actively shaping processes.

Salary depending on experience and qualifications, but at least €43,600 (gross annual salary, all-in).
