LUB GmbH is a dynamic and future-oriented company that specializes in innovative solutions in the field of agrotourism and wine tourism. We are looking for an experienced advisor (m/w/d) who, with passion and expertise, supports our customers in developing unique tourist concepts. In this role, you will be significantly involved in shaping projects that promote rural culture and regional wine production, making them experiential. You will work closely with farmers, winemakers, and tourism service providers to create sustainable and attractive offers that attract visitors from around the world. If you have a solid understanding of the tourism industry and an instinct for trends and innovations, we would be delighted to welcome you to our engaged team to shape the future of agrotourism and wine tourism together.
Tasks
- Advising customers on the development and implementation of agrotourism and wine tourism projects.
- Conducting market analyses to identify trends and potential in the agrotourism and wine tourism sector.
- Developing tailored concepts and strategies to promote tourist offers in rural regions.
- Organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions for local providers and interest groups.
- Supporting the networking of tourist businesses with regional and international partners.
Qualification
- Degree in Tourism Management, Agricultural Sciences or a comparable qualification.
- Multiple years of professional experience in consulting or project management in the field of agrotourism and wine tourism.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking; additional language skills are an asset.
- Travel readiness and flexibility in scheduling to support projects on-site.
