Consultant for BALM Funding Programs (m/f/d)

bavaria-deminimis Consulting & Coaching GmbH from Munich supports companies in the areas of funding advice, business consulting, and coaching. For the acquisition and personal consultation of clients, we are seeking reinforcement in field sales with a focus on funding programs of the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM).

Your Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new business clients, especially from transport, logistics, and freight forwarding

• Personal consultation with clients on suitable BALM funding opportunities

• Determination of funding needs for investments, training, and further education

• Presentation of our consulting services and creation of individual offers

• Accompanying clients from initial contact to contract closing

• Compilation of relevant customer information and coordination with our team for application submission

• Maintenance of existing customer relationships and documentation of sales activities

Your Profile

• Experience in field sales, sales, or business client consulting

• Ideally, knowledge of the transport and logistics industry or funding program consulting

• Enjoyment of new client acquisition as well as a confident and assertive demeanor

• Ability to explain complex issues understandably

• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working

• Very good German language skills and confident use of digital office applications

• Driver's license class B and willingness to visit clients
