Consultant for Company Pension Schemes and Time Value Accounts (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

• First point of contact for new inquiries from interested companies, qualification of leads, and conducting convincing initial consultations on time value and capital accounts in company pension schemes (bAV) and trust solutions

• Needs analysis for potential corporate clients, creation of tailor-made offers, and presentation of solutions until successful contract conclusion

• Responsibility for new client projects from initiation through smooth integration to handover for ongoing support

• Targeted expansion of cooperation with existing corporate clients, increasing penetration within the workforce, and developing further locations, companies, or product solutions

• Planning, design, and implementation of target group-specific communication concepts and information events together with the marketing team and corporate clients, to encourage employees to participate and sustainably increase the participation rate

This is what you bring

• Completed apprenticeship as an insurance and finance merchant, insurance merchant with a focus on provision, or bank clerk, or a degree in business administration with additional training in company pension schemes.

• Ideally, experience in consulting companies

• Experience as a specialist in company pension schemes (DAV), business administrator bAV, or equivalent is welcome

• Solution-oriented and independent working style

• Communicative and open to digital technologies

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are a prerequisite
