Advisor and Customer Support for Human Resources and Personnel Management (m/w/d)

For 25 years, we have worked almost exclusively for companies in the bio- and sustainability sector.

In addition to corporate consulting, we offer a broad range of human resources services for our customers.

We support and advise our SME customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their employees. Recruiting, onboarding, qualification, leadership, and development are some of the building blocks that we offer consulting and services for, which we also work out with external partners. As a result, we support decision-makers in our customer companies for many years.

Tasks

This is what you'll be doing:

• You will take on direct contact and accompany our customers around the topic of personnel deployment and `Candidat Journey`
• You will create and maintain multi-postings to attract applicants for the vacant positions
• You will be available to our customers for all questions about daily life in companies
• You will develop with us tools to strengthen human resources work, development, and leadership for our customersYou will represent your colleagues in the area of seminar and office organization

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• A completed qualification in the field of personnel - as a personnel services manager (m/w/d), -referent, or you have fundamental professional experience in the area of personnel
• Very good methodological knowledge in recruiting, human resources management, and creating and handling multi-postings
• Your own drive to work economically for both our customers and our company
• A structured, goal-oriented, and reliable working style
• Pleasure in working in a team, but also in independently working on topics
• Safety in handling MS-Office and digital tools
