Job description
Main focus is on customer retention and expanding customer loyalty.
Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced advisory personality who understands the long-term trust-based insurance of our existing customers and has pleasure in providing qualified care to a distinguished customer circle.
Qualification
- Completed education in the insurance sector (e.g. Insurance Clerk, Bank Clerk, Savings Bank Business Administration, Academic or equivalent)
- Fundamental, generalist specialist knowledge
- Experience in qualified customer advisory or customer retention
- Sovereign, serious demeanor and high discretion
- Structured, self-reliant, and responsible work style
