Adviser for Information Security (w|m|d)

You are already active in the field of information security or have fundamental knowledge in IT security and would like to accompany companies as an external information security advisor*in (w|m|d)? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your Tasks 

As an external information security advisor*in (w|m|d), you support our customers – primarily from the housing and real estate industry, with spare equipment and prospectively from other regulated sectors – in the practical implementation of requirements from established security standards and regulatory guidelines. Depending on your wishes, you will work full-time or part-time at our locations in Potsdam, Berlin, or Dresden.

You Will Be Responsible For: 

• You support our customers as Information Security Officer (w|m|d) (ISB) and accompany the setup and operation of information security management systems (ISMS).  

• You set together with the customers requirements from standards like ISO/IEC 27001 ff., BSI-Grundschutz, NIS2, and DORA, as well as other sector-specific guidelines.  

• You conduct risk analyses, threat assessments, and security evaluations, etc. together with the customers.  

• You create and review security policies, emergency concepts, and organizational measures and accompany audits and certifications.

• You analyze relevant security incidents and lead together with the customers suitable measures.  

• You plan and conduct training sessions as well as awareness measures in the field of information security.  

• You advise on technical and organizational security measures (TOM).  

• Together with our team, you develop our consulting portfolio in the area of information security continuously further.  

You Bring: 

• You have fundamental and verifiable knowledge in the field of information security or work as an information security advisor*in (w|m|d).  

• You have experience with standards like ISO/IEC 2700x and BSI-Grundschutz, preferably also MaRisk and DORA

• You possess a strong IT affinity and a good understanding of technical and organizational security measures.  

• You convince through conceptual thinking, communication strength, and team spirit and are willing to accompany customers on site as well.  

• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.  

• Knowledge of ISMS tools for information security and risk management is desirable.
