Real Estate Finance Consultant (m/f/d)

Authority is developing a platform for industry insights that combines expert knowledge with data to improve the quality of online news and forecasts for economic, financial, and business developments.

We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Consultant (m/f/d) who is currently active in the German market and possesses up-to-date market knowledge. This is a flexible, paid consulting role of up to 2 hours per month.

Your Responsibilities

• Short written or recorded comments on current developments, market changes, and probable business impacts.
• Reviewing articles, reports, and forecast assumptions for subject matter accuracy, particularly regarding real estate loans, underwriting, debt and equity structures, valuations, refinancing, project finance, and capital markets.
• Contextualizing practical consequences for companies, investors, and decision-makers.
• Contributions that may appear in Authority content and in leading industry media.
• Additional market consulting mandates for companies from our client base, where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current activity in the German market and profound, up-to-date local market knowledge.
• Direct experience with key financial, business, or investment decisions in this area.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• A valid LinkedIn profile showcasing relevant professional experience.

Conditions

• Independent consulting contract.
• Remote within Germany.
• Up to 2 paid consulting hours per month.
• Flexible tasks, primarily short comments and occasional discussions.
• Additional consulting projects may be offered separately based on suitability and client demand.
