To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Digital Product Development & AI Consultant (m/f/d)

• You work in our clients' digital software product teams and independently take on topics and work packages.

• You support teams as a Scrum Master or in related roles.

• Depending on the role, you structure, analyze, and formulate requirements, working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, UX, business units, and other project stakeholders.

• You identify meaningful AI use cases in product development and collaboration, and you test and establish AI-supported ways of working.

• You build AI workflows, automations, or agentic solution approaches and pragmatically question existing processes and methods.

• You identify risks, blockages, and potential for improvement early on, drive solutions forward, and forward additional customer needs internally.

• You have relevant professional experience in digital software or product development teams (e.g., 3-6 years)

• You have experience as a Scrum Master or in related roles and understand digital product development from requirements to implementation.

• You work confidently with backlogs, user stories, refinement, planning, and release processes, and use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

• You regularly use modern AI tools, experiment with AI-supported workflows, and recognize meaningful application possibilities.

• You understand technical contexts sufficiently to collaborate effectively with developers.

• You communicate confidently in German (C2) and English (C1), take responsibility for your topics, and remain capable of acting even with changing requirements.
