Volunteer Customer Relations and Partnerships Manager - Tech Solidarity Startup Association

What you will accomplish

You will join a tech solidarity association to develop customer relations and structure our strategic partnerships. You will coordinate exchanges with our stakeholders, participate in the expansion of our network, and ensure compliance with our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

What we expect from you

• A volunteer commitment of 10 hours per week in full remote work, adapted to your pace.

• Training in customer relations, sales, communication, or a related field.

• Interpersonal skills, excellent listening skills, and a strong sensitivity to social impact projects.

Your first months at LA FAMILLE MAGHEN

From your first weeks, you will be responsible for following up on relations with our partners and contributing to the optimization of our loyalty approach. You will thus have the opportunity to structure the partnerships department to support the development of our solidarity actions internationally.
