Benefits Specialist

It is looking for an INPLANT EXECUTIVE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in insurance companies, insurance brokers, or benefits consulting.
• Experience as an Inplant Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Benefits Executive.
• Solid knowledge of Major Medical Expenses (GMM) policies.
• Experience in claims handling and management.
• Knowledge of the claims process, forms, and hospital procedures.
• Experience providing direct attention to corporate clients and insured individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Availability for 100% in-person work in Santa Fe.
• Availability to accompany and support insured individuals in hospital processes when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the main point of contact between the corporate client, insured individuals, and the organization.
• Provide specialized advice on benefits and Major Medical Expenses policies.
• Manage and follow up comprehensively on claims until resolution.
• Accompany and guide insured individuals during hospital processes and medical procedures.
• Administer policy movements: additions, terminations, renewals, and changes.
• Attend to and resolve administrative and operational requirements of the client's employees.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments to ensure timely and quality service.
• Follow up on collections, premium refunds, and related documentation.
• Keep account information and insured individuals' files updated.
• Ensure compliance with service levels (SLAs) and established response times.
