In the role of Bellhop you will be the guardian of order and care for the environments, contributing to creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will be part of a team that is attentive and passionate, ensuring cleanliness, order, and impeccable presentation of rooms, common areas, and operational spaces.

Main responsibilities:

• Supports in cleaning common areas of the hotel and rooms according to LQA standards

• Maintains order and cleanliness in service areas and dedicated storage rooms for the Housekeeping department.
• Ensures correct daily rearrangement of rooms, respecting the quality standards of the hotel.
• Supports room cleaning and common area cleaning and provides support to the Housekeeping team during room changes
• Respects safety and hygiene procedures provided by the structure and current regulations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Italian and English.
• Passion for service and desire to grow professionally.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Constant attention to service standards and priorities.
• Precision, punctuality, and attention to detail in daily activities.
• Prior experience in hotels of similar level.
