Bellboy

Bellboy is responsible for welcoming and cordially greeting all guests upon their arrival at the hotel, as well as offering a friendly farewell. Control of flight information for a punctual reception of all guests and responsible for carrying luggage to rooms.

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the department.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with clients, employees, owners, and executives orally.
• Skill to work together with other departments and individuals as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on details.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of our guests and information generated during their reception.
• Ability to manage VIP guests, with specialized, confidential, and personalized treatment.
