Bell Captain 100% (m/f/d)

Your Daily Work

• Leadership of our Bell team with 2 employees, including shift planning and onboarding
• Warm welcome and farewell of our guests
• Luggage service and luggage storage
• Acceptance and parking of our guests' vehicles (Valet Parking)
• Mail and courier services in the city
• Professional handling of guest requests and complaints
• Maintaining an overview during large events, group arrivals, and with a lot of luggage
• Access control at the hotel entrance

What we expect from you

• Professional experience in a comparable position in upscale hospitality
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take responsibility for a small team
• Very good German and English skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Strong guest orientation and a confident demeanor, even in hectic situations
• Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview when things are busy
• Sense of responsibility and an efficient, independent way of working
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekend shifts
