Tax Advisor / Fiscalist

We are looking for a Tax Advisor / Fiscalist to strengthen our team at multiple locations. You start your day at a time that suits your private situation. First, you have a chat with your colleagues and then dive into a fiscal advisory question. This can be for an mkb company with 100 employees, but also with three. Each question brings its own challenges. Sometimes it's about vat advice or corporate tax, other times it's about donations or fiscal advice during a restructuring of a company.

In the break, you walk or lunch with your colleagues. Then, discuss an assignment with the Business Advisor and have a meeting scheduled with an entrepreneur. As Tax Advisor / Fiscalist, you show your added value by looking ahead and taking entrepreneurs along in your advice. By understanding a business, seeing opportunities, and coming up with good solutions, you are valuable to the relationships of OOvB. The best part about your job? Our entrepreneurs are relieved on the fiscal level so they can focus fully on their entrepreneurial dream. So, you grow together with the businesses that receive fiscal advice!

The client base consists of very diverse companies. We are formal when necessary and informal when possible. Among ourselves, there is a pleasant work atmosphere. We always know how to find each other for questions and advice. You also have regular contact with the other 15 fiscalists to discuss, for example, a specific case together. What's more, we're one big team!

Requirements

You have a completed HBO education in fiscal economics or fiscal law. Additionally, you have affinity with the mkb. The contact with the client stands central at OOvB, which will also be part of your daily work. Concern, customer-friendliness, and willingness to think along with the client stand high on your flag. Furthermore:

• You are available 24 to 40 hours a week;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as Tax Advisor / Fiscalist;
• You can advise well and enjoy maintaining and expanding a network;
• You have strong analytical skills, think creatively, and work result- and quality-oriented;
• You look ahead. Thanks to your proactive attitude, your clients do not stand before unpleasant fiscal surprises.
