What will you do?

As a Tax Consultant (international) payroll taxes/Payroll Taxes Advisor, you will further expand your knowledge in a close-knit and driven team of specialists. You will receive the support you need to grow and make an impact with our clients by:

• Advising on topics such as cross-border work, the work cost scheme, and bogus self-employment.
• Applying technological solutions developed by CROP.
• Guiding less experienced colleagues and acting as a point of contact within your area of expertise.
• Intensively collaborating with labor lawyers, HR advisors, and payroll specialists to help entrepreneurs further.

About the company:

You will be part of the Employer Tax Advisory Services team, consisting of 6 enthusiastic colleagues. Additionally, you are part of a larger team of approximately 70 tax specialists and lawyers, including all-round tax specialists and experts in fields such as VAT, international taxes, estate planning, financial planning, and tax technology.

Requirements:

Who are you?

Our ideal new CROP colleague:

• Has completed a WO (University of Applied Sciences) degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law;
• Has 3-6 years of experience, preferably as a specialist in Payroll Taxes;
• Is driven in personal and professional development;
• Is entrepreneurial and can independently maintain client contact;
• Possesses excellent oral and written command of the Dutch language.
• Has good empathy and an eye for risks;
• Enjoys working in a diverse and energetic team.
