Your Tasks

The Fashion Designer (m/w/d) is responsible for the creative and technical development of new products in line with TEVEO's brand identity. The position includes conceiving, developing, and implementing designs as well as close cooperation with product development, production, and sourcing to ensure high-quality, sporty-modern products.

• You prepare precise tech packs, design overviews, and presentation materials.
• You accompany fittings and work closely with product development and production to achieve the best results.
• You ensure our systems are up-to-date and facilitate smooth communication with the sourcing team.
• You work reliably and term-guaranteed – even when it's fast-paced.
• You select materials, colors, and processing techniques that match our sporty look & feel.
• You occasionally travel to production sites and inspiration trips for your area as Fashion Designer (m/w/d):

Your Main Tasks:
Design & Creative Conceptualization

• Development of new designs and collections in line with TEVEO's brand strategy.
• Creation of mood boards, product stories, and visual concepts.
• Bringing in creative ideas for further developing the product palette.
• Selection of suitable materials, colors, and processing techniques.

Product Development & Technical Implementation

• Preparation of design overviews, tech packs, and technical specifications.
• Accompaniment of fittings and coordination with product development and production.
• Ensuring the timely implementation of all design projects.
• Maintenance of relevant systems to ensure smooth information flow.

Market & Trend Analysis

• Conducting market and trend analyses.
• Gathering and preparing relevant market information.
• Participation in trend and inspiration trips.

Collaboration & Process Optimization

• Closely coordinating with product development, production, and marketing.
• Identifying optimization potential in design and development processes.
• Traveling to production sites for coordination and finalization of prototypes.

Your Profile

Your Strengths, which we need in our team:

• A completed degree in fashion or textile design or a comparable education.
• A sense for modern, sporty aesthetics and current trends.
• Experience with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CLO3D, etc.).
• A structured, self-reliant work style and willingness to take responsibility.
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and openness to feedback.
• Travel readiness for fittings, prototype inspections, and trend research.
