GSL Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work within a supportive secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This role goes beyond traditional teaching assistance, focusing on mentoring students to improve attitudes towards learning, attendance, and behaviour. You will be a role model and a consistent figure of support.

The right candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a behaviour-focused role or transferable skills.

• Resilience, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• The ability to motivate and inspire young people.

• A strong belief in every student's potential to change and grow.
