We’re searching for Behaviour Assistants to join a welcoming school, where pupils are given the support they need to flourish. £90–£110 per day | Bures St. Mary | Immediate start | Full-time As a Behaviour Assistant , you’ll: Work closely with students who need patience and encouragement Build strong, positive relationships that inspire trust Support teachers in creating a calm and focused learning environment Assist with classroom management and behaviour interventions Provide individual support to students who require extra help Develop strategies for managing challenging behaviours Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective behaviour plans Help students develop self-awareness and self-regulation skills Be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on young people’s lives
